Ashame

It is ashame to me when I noticed I was entering a playground which my intelligent was being fool or teased by someone who should be ashame. A common or basic organization should be organized, planned and managed well or else it will be dull, doubt, and lastly out of society. I was wondering I need to be dumb of fools or I need to stand for the good for our team, as a member of team. Yea, I could leave it easily without any guilts, but could I leave it so? The only consideration that it was is the rights, ethics which everyone could easily learn in true.
